Refunds

If you are unhappy with your course purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately by email within three business days of the purchase date and let us know what the problem is. In order to qualify for a full refund, you must not have begun the exam nor finished all of the course material. Please indicate what went wrong with the product and how we can help you. Note that it might be necessary in some instances to demonstrate a copy of your fitness certification in order to ensure that all paperwork is in order for refunding your purchase.
